- All the customers should register and log in to place their orders. During the registration process, the company may ask for some personal identification details from the customers. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree that the information given by you during registration is all correct and the contact details provided can be used by us to send notifications regarding products and offers. The customer can also opt out from receiving such notifications by contacting customer support.
- The company always ensures that the price tag on every product is correct and appropriate. The prices of certain products may not be current or may be inaccurate on account of technical issues, typographical errors, or incorrect product information provided to the Company by third-party sellers. In each such case, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Company has all the rights to cancel the order without any further liability. The price charged at the time of delivery will be the same price mentioned at the time of ordering.
- The company may grant some sub-license to sellers to use this platform but, the users should agree to the conditions that they shall not publish any content that may belong to someone else and they have no right on it. The users shall not misguide customers with misleading content that may lead to fraud. The user shall not violate any law provided by the government that may lead to legal proceedings. By agreeing to the terms the sub-license user accepts that if he/she is involved in any of the mentioned activities, the company has all the rights to cancel the sub-license immediately.
- The company has made all the efforts to display the original products as it is. Efforts have been made to ensure that the color, size, dimensions, quantity, and quality of the product displayed are accurate. The display of the product depends on the screen on which you are viewing it. The company shall not be responsible for any display error caused due to the viewing screen used by the user. The original product may vary a little as compared to the one shown in the pictures.
- The User Agreement is effective as long as you agree to this. You may decide to terminate the terms and conditions may opt to disagree with it. On account of termination of terms and conditions, you shall opt to not further use any services from the company and remove all the details provided to us by you.
- Every user on this site shall strictly obey the laws as mentioned by the Government and shall not do anything illegal. If caught performing illegal activities on the site, the company has all the rights to take up legal actions against the accused.
- On the account of any non-delivery taking place due to a mistake from the customer’s end such as Wrong address or contact details, any extra cost charged for redelivery shall be paid by the customer.
